Friday, 3-4-11

  • banana w/ skippy all natural creamy pb
  • dark chocolate square
  • fajita chicken roll ups and tomato, cucumber, mozzarella, balsamic salad
  • FroYo-chocolate and cappacino w/ strawberries, blackberries, granola, sprinkled w/ ch. chips and graham crust

Thursday, 3-3-11

  • Bagel thin w/ skippy all natural creamy pb
  • Quiznos-turkey sammie and chili
  • Oreos (the husband came home with them=) and I enjoyed every bite=))
  • pork tenderloin, mixed vegetables, piece of buttered bread
  • frozen yogurt, frozen mixed berries, drizzle of chocolate

Wednesday, 3-2-11

  • Bagel thin w/ skippy all natural creamy pb
  • dark chocolate square
  • Bagel thin w/ tuna & greek yogurt and string cheese
  • Macaroni and Cheese w/ chicken and peppers  (recipe from howsweeteats.com)
  • frozen yogurt, frozen mixed berries, drizzle of chocolate

  • 1/2 sandwich thin w/ Skippy all natural cream pb. small cup of coffee w/ half&half and honey
  • almonds, dark chocolate square
  • Mom’s chicken alfredo=). part of a huge orange!-could not finish!

Wednesday, 2-23-11

  • 1/2 sandwich thin w/ Skippy all natural creamy peanut butter. small cup of coffee w/ half&half and honey
  • medium banana, handful of almonds, dark chocolate square
  • Lean cuisine-fajita stly chicken spring rolls. green tea
           *these were really good:)
  • FroYo- 3oz:dutch chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, sprinkles, strawberries, blackberries
         *YUM!! my new favorite place!

  • 2 tacos-ground turkey, black bean salsa, cheese, sour cream. fat free refried beans
  • piece of brownie

Monday, 2-14-11

  • half whold wheat sandwich thin, peanut butter, half a banana
  • coffee with half&half and sugar
  • peanut butter and jelly on sandwich thin
  • valentines day cupcake=)

Wednesday, 2-9-11

  • Cinnamon Cheerios w/2% milk
  • Dove dark chocolate square
  • Tuna sandwich, mandarin oranges, dove square
  • 3/4 pear, small quesadilla made with string cheese
  • handful almonds
  • fat free re-fried beans, 4 small tacos
  • one cookie
  • WATER INTAKE–////////

Tuesday, 2-8-11

  • 2 dark chocolate squares
  • herbal tea
  • Chinese-chicken and broccoli, rice, crab Rangoon (not the best but I loved every bite =))
  • Lemon Garlic Chicken, green beans, potatoes
  • cup of frozen vanilla yogurt
  • glass of chocolate milk
  • WATER INTAKE–/////

Monday, 2-7-11

  • handful of cereal
  • one Dove dark chocolate square, 4 almonds
  • peanut butter and jelly
  • Dark chocolate square, almonds
  • 6 fish sticks, vegetables-broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas
  • glass of chocolate milk

Friday, 2-4-11

  • smoothie- mixed berries, greek yogurt, milk
  • cinnamon cheerios with 2% milk
  • Applesauce
  • Quiznos- turkey sammie and cup of chili
  • //4 squares of Dove dark chocolate
  • grilled cheese, broccoli
  • Culvers: cup of chocolate ice cream, a few french fries
  • WATER INTAKE–////

Thursday, 2-3-11

  • Breakfast Sandwich- wheat bagel thin, egg, slice of chese
  • herbal tea
  • mom’s chicken noodle soup, 1/2 an apple
  • teaspoonful of peanut butter, cup of hot chocolate
  • handful of chips and m&ms
  • berry smoothie-mixed berries, frozen yogurt, milk
  • Applebees Dijon chicken with vegetables
  • cup of frozen yogurt
  • WATER INTAKE– /////
