week of March 7

March 7-cleaned house-vacuumed, picked up, swept, dishes…
     that SO counts, I broke a sweat!
March 8-

week of February 28

February 28- nothing
March 1- walked 3 miles outside. core and upper body work.
March 2-rest
March 3- tried out 2 kickboxing DVDs didnt finish either. 
          totaled up to around 40 min. Cindy Whitmarsh “Strong
          and sexy upper body” and “Booty Burn”. Walked 1.5 miles
          with The Husband:)           
March 4- 20 min on treadmile. 20 min on elliptical = 40 min good
              sweat!:)

March 6-rest

week of February 21

February 21- walked around mall all day=) that counts right!   
     holding a baby and bags got my arms sore!
February 22- jog/walk 1.5 miles. 20 min upper body strength
     training
February 23- so sore from yesterday…rest day for my muscles
