Crazy Monday! Everyone is hyped up about the storm that is going to hit us this week- ice and snow storm. Walmart shelves are empty, highways were empty, work places are preparing for power outage tomorrow. In the back of mind the thought of “that would be nice to just be snowed in at home” but then I remember banks don’t close!

This weekend was busy but fun! My best friend had a beautiful baby girl Saturday night=) and church was great on Sunday!

Looking forward to getting back to my weekly schedule of eating habits and TaeBo,  I am actually missing it!

  • Swiss Miss hot chocolate w/ coffee: 125

TGIF! Even though I have to work tomorrow, I am so glad the weekend is here!! I definitely slept my 7-8 hours last night, try more like 10! I was so wore out, I don’t like sleeping that much but I feel refreshed today.

I am loving my TaeBo, I already feel different and feel the after-effects of it!

Hello!!=) I am feeling great today! I have felt so much lighter and back to my normal self in the past few days, there is no turning back for me!

I didnt eat enough calories today and really felt it in my workout. So that is something I need to figure out. I think I am just scared to eat too much like I was…which I know is not a good thing.

Hello!! Today was so hard waking up, so I am setting a goal to meet. For the next week I need to be in bed by 10:30, I am going to start small and then work my way to earlier. The overall deal is to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep without having to hit the snooze button for an hour!

TaeBo is kicking my butt and I love it! I did another dvd last night:

This dvd wasn’t my favorite, he moved really fast with little explanation so at times it was really hard to keep up. But I finished the whole 45 minutes of it and was drenched (a sign to me that I completed a good workout!).

The husband’s tacos were amazing! Taco night really is my favorite and I found small tortillas that are 100 calories for 2 and that fills me up just enough!

Today I noticed I was a lot more hungry throughout the day, so I need to take note of that and bring more fruit and vegetables that I can snack on during the day.

Today was my weigh in day! I am so excited because I ahve been working out steadily and learning to portion my meals, snacks and even my cravings.

January 26th:

  • weight: 143.4
  • Arms: (L)10  (R)10 1/2
  • Chest: 32
  • Bust: 38 1/2
  • Waist: 30
  • Hips: 42
  • Thighs: (L) 23 1/2  (R) 23

Overall: loss of 1.8lbs and 5 1/4 inches.
                      1.8 lbs is a little over what I like to lose in a week, The slower the weight loss the better. But I am excited to see my hard work paying off!!

The start of another day=) I am not as sore as I thought I would be! So tonight I am going to do the other Billy Blanks DVD I also rented. I am excited, I really like his DVDs lately and I like variety in my workouts.

It is above freezing! It has been a long time since it’s been this warm, heat wave!

My goal this week is to eat more fruits and vegetables!

Food log:

  • Cinnamon Cheerios and 2%milk: 170
  • O’Charley’s Potato soup and 2 rolls: 728
    –potato soup was good and 404calories, I should have only had 1 roll but I caved and had 2! Not going to beat myself up=) just gonna get back on track and have an amazing workout later!
  • Banana:
  • Pork chop, rice, cauliflower, broccoli, half corn on the cob: 498
  • cup of frozen vanilla yogurt: 200

Although I went over my calorie goal, I did a long and hard workout tonight adding up to a day’s worth of cutting/burning 500 calories. I had a splurge day during the week, not wanting to make it a habit but I am not going to beat myself up about it!
